They were the best helpers we have ever hired! Would rate them as 6 stars if possible. But it seemed like having 4 helpers available for this job instead of 2 helpers would have been a better situation given the amount we had to unpack. They were on time, prepared for the job, worked very hard, very respectful and yes we would use them again. We hope they are paid well for all their hard work!

Was excited to use a 5-star rated service, however, the lead guy did not show but sent two loaders. While they were strong and loaded the trailer, I had serious issues in the way they packed my belongings. My wardrobe boxes were CRUSHED; my washer and several furniture pieces were marred severely; boxes were tossed and flipped around in the move from Colorado. I had to insist they rope off several layers which the packer did but only after I INSISTED. To be fair the leader did not train this young man enough to allow him to be a leader. Apparently in the past, he was mainly used for muscle and not for creatively and successfully loading a large trailer for a cross county move. Because of this inexperience it took an extra hour of load time as well as costing me more money for the trailer.

We had the largest U-haul trailer and a pickup box to unload up three flights of stairs. The two guys finished in 30 minutes! We called and they arrived in under 45 minutes. They were careful with our belongings.

Two young men with good manners and positive attitudes showed up on time and worked their hearts out all day to get our things moved. We were thoroughly pleased with their performance.
