I dealt with Chris Cochran from Spine Savers. I’m disappointed with his communication because 3 pieces of my furniture was scratched and my bed was not assembled properly. I addressed this issue and sent pictures of the furniture directly to him. His crew loaded and unloaded. I will say that the workers were polite and cordial. I do want to note that they arrived with only 2 straps for lifting the furniture and one strap to hold the furniture secure. This business provides no blankets, I saw no ropes and used my husbands tools for disassembling and assembling. I also want to say that Chris did quote “I’m having to load another truck and we are halfway done. I’ll touch base with you as soon as we get done”. (The time was 4:06 pm) I said “No problem.” Then at 8:42 pm I text him again asking “Still there?” No reply. At 9 am the next morning I called. Still no answer. My noontime I contacted Hire a Helper and the girl I spoke to called him while I was still on the phone. Still no answer. I’m done! I definitely wouldn’t recommend using Spine Savers again to anyone but that’s just my warning of how I was treated.

Ma'am this all happened over one of the last busiest weeks of the summer I've been trying to get to you to help you rid just the furniture that we were under the direct supervision of your husband on assembling stacking rapping the whole nine yards one of the smaller tables that has the big scratch did not make it on the truck that we loaded with all the big furniture it was a smaller table in the living room the other table from your dining room your husband made us move three different times in the truck and rearrange it the way he wanted it multiple times we explain to our customers when you won't let us stack the truck and bye the second day after your job I had already been contacted by you 14 times I told you specifically I'm going to try to find the time as soon as I can this is one of the busiest weeks of the summer because it's the last week most people have no school plus Labor Day I will get to you as soon as possible I warned you it might be this coming Monday

Very impressed with the service! The first company scheduled did a no show and Hire a Helper called them in as a replacement. Not only were they cheaper but they were there within 45 min of being called, brought an extra worker, and were incredibly polite. They handled all of our things with care and made sure everything was put in its proper place. I would highly recommend them.
