I suspected that I'd get good service from the get-go because they actually answered the phone when I called. Who answers the phone anymore? It was nice to speak to a person and not a machine. Shannon was very helpful with answering my questions and providing advice on the move since I hadn't done anything like this before. Finally, the two movers were great, and I'm very satisfied.

They were fantastic. I accidentally asked them to show up a week later than I actually wanted, and after calling and figuring out where the mess-up was, they were able to show up on Saturday, the very next day, to help me get my stuff out of my house.

We used CVL Moving for hourly help unloading 16ft container. They made quick work of unloading while being very carefull and respectful of newly painted walls/trim. We would definately use them again!
