We hired two men to help unload a pod. Both Great guys. Came on time and worked hard. They had lifting straps, a dolly and floor protectors. Took good care of the furniture. Lifted some heavy pieces (dresser/ treadmill etc) and protected floors. Courteous and respectful. Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them. Thank you!

We had a bit of a fitful start as I did not hear from thumbs up moving when expected. That got straightened out and the 2 person crew arrived in an expected time frame. The 2 men who helped us did a great job and were very careful with our items. They both were friendly and worked hard for us. We were able to get all our items moved in one trip, because of the great packing work by the 2 helpers. I am embarrassed to admit I now cannot recall the names of our helpers, but, they were fantastic. thank you. Greg

The team was awesome and loaded a 16ft uhaul full of furniture and boxes in two hours! Would highly recommend them to anyone in the PDX area who needs help with moving or any home services. Will be contacting them again for any additional work!

The dates got mixed up and I was scheduled for one week farther out than when I needed help I called and they made arrangements to come and help me the same day! Super nice guys

Because of a call-in-sick, the crew arrived with only three guys instead of the four I'd contracted. However, these guys did the work of four, and unloaded a 26-foot *very* tightly loaded truck in the planned time of four hours, so that wasn't a problem.

The crew was friendly but professional, and paid attention to bumping the walls and other care while moving the heavier items. I spent a bit of time talking with the owner at the end of the job, and as a long-term small business owner myself, it was clear to me that he had the right attitudes: he treats his employees well, bends over backwards for a good customer experience, and is willing to do the right thing even if it involves a short-term loss. He definitely has the potential to build a good, solid business over the long term. (He already has shown this - the HireAHelper site first presented a business with only 40 moves under their belt, but J&E - this firm - has over 800.)

In short, they were professional, responsive to our needs, and very easy to work with - I''d definitely use them again.

Showed up and went right to work. Christian was an amazing packer and team lead. He and one other helper spent more hours than we originally contractor for and did a great job packing our POD. We gladly paid for the additional hours of professional packing service they provided.

Our guys were a great help! They listened carefully to directions of where we needed boxes and furniture to be placed. When boxes in the trailer started falling they were there to stop it from being too much of a disaster.

Nick and crew arrived on time, ready to work!! He called beforehand to check in and kept us posted for his arrival. Easy to work with and clear conversation on our expectations. Efficiency was a plus! Great moving service in loading our moving truck that we have booked thru hire a helper services again to unload at our arrival destination!
