Almost an hour late without contacting me.
Guys were good at the work and very fast, wish they had paid more attention to my request to set the boxes in the storage unit with the marked labels visible.
Seriously, if you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late, send a text!! That’s the main thing that docked the stars and kept the tip from being more fun.

The 2 workers the company sent worked hard. The problem was they showed up 2 hours late. While trying to connect with the company Adam said he would check on it but did not get back for a couple hours . We did not know if anyone would show up so we had to unload half of truck before the two men showed up. They were great workers , My disappointment lies with management and poor scheduling so will not use Midnight movers again.

The 2 very young guys showed up without a hand truck (which I understood to be included), and one of them wore a black T-shirt with "****" printed in white across the front. I was shocked at the poor judgement shown in his choice of work attire. Not very professional in my opinion. They also were resistant to some of my directions during the unloading of the POD. They got the job done within the 2 hours and were reasonably careful with my items. I would probably not use this company again.
