The guys showed up late to the window of time they were suppose to arrive. They banged some of my furniture in the apartment which made them seem careless and I was worried they would damage the apartment that I just moved into and cost me $$. They completed the job in 30 minutes and were paid to do 2 hours and they refused to assemble my TV stand even though their services include assembly. I said that I paid for 2 hours so I was trying to look for things for them to do but they really didn’t want to seem to stick around and tried to leave ASAP. I felt they weren’t very professional. I would not hire them again.

They were an hour late for the appointment. They did call and notify that they would be late. They did the job in the time I expected so was glad about that. They made an extra effort to get things into the house in a safe manner so as not to damage walls or furniture. I would hire Midnite Movers again.

The two gentlemen who came to move stuff for me were great! they were efficient and time conscious!

The helpers I got, one complained most of the time they set furniture and boxes in the grass. My biggest issue was they tore 1 of the mattress handles almost completely off. Add said they came with the necessary tools for movie and only showed up with a little hand truck.
