Firstly, the movers arrived late. Then I found them wandering in my house and laughing in my bedroom. Then one of the workers disrespected me. I had to stay on top of them all day, for everytime I left them on their own for just 5 minutes they were either taking a break in their truck, or around some corner chatting or on their phones. They definitely had bad attitudes, and waited for other workers I hired privately to do all the heavy lifting. While Adam the owner of the company was attentive, responsive, and great in communicating , his workers fell far short.

Mover's response:

I'm a little bit taken back by the fact that you gave us such a low rating. You left out the fact that you got too big of a truck for the storage facility and that you were in another city an hour's drive away from where we are located we could not complete the job that day ,so instead of making the customer pay the full amount. We as a company took it upon ourselves to provide him with a smaller truck the next day to shuttle his belongings back and forth into the storage the customer did not get charged any extra for this service nor did he get charged for the gas back and forth from city to city I think it was unfair that you rated us like that .....as a company we went above and beyond to take care of your needs sorry you feel the movers did not meet up your expectations but as a company we went above and beyond the call of duty.. furthermore had a grand piano that you did not conform hire a helper that you had and were not charged for that either so on more than one instance the move could have terminated and the move could have still been charged full price but we did not go that route ...we went above and beyond and finished the move for the customer at a loss of fuel and time

Arrived 10 minutes before the start time. Working fast and non-stop in a very organized way to finish with the scheduled time. We were very happy with these young helpers. Thank you.

They were on time and prepared to do the job. They unloaded the cube and were very careful with my property and the interior of the house. The movers worked quickly and efficiently and placed everything where I wanted it. They were also very nice and polite young men. I would definitely use them again.

AJ and Chris did a great job offloading our ABF trailer and carefully placing everything where we wanted. Energetic, Courteous and Mindful. They arrived 30 mins late but hustled the entire time. Would definitely use them again.

They were on time exactly. They did not bring a dolly which I thought strange for movers, certainly helps to move things faster. However, they were able to carry every thing. There were 2 young guys and they did work hard and respectful of items.

I felt that the price was a little high, especially since this was unloading, the easiest part of any move. Double the price I paid in California.

I would use them again especially if the price was less.
