Springs Movers was awesome. I made a request at 7:30PM and they came 9:00PM that same evening. Gerald and Chris were the two movers. Gerald is the owner of the business. They were phenomenal. They were well worth the money. They took care of the items and were very thoughtful when asking where to place everything. They worked at a fantastic speed. To top it off, Gerald saw a car in the community trying to get around the moving truck and he moved the truck himself. Very professional they had matching t-shirts, they finished early, walked me through the payment confirmation process and everything. Worth the money

Spring movers NEVER showed twice causing me to eat the cost of a moving truck; may want to rethink using spring movers within your stable of company if communication and time management is their weaknesses.

Helpful, friendly, fast workers. They know their stuff and they were careful of my belongings and the building. I did all my own packing and driving etc, I just had 2 guys (Sheral and Chris I think) help me unload a truck and get my stuff up 15 floors in the service elevator. They brought 2 furniture dollies with them without me asking. They were happy to take direction as to where things needed to be put or any special care or handling of the few nice pieces I have. The only negative is that they were 15 minutes late, even after I called an hour before hand to confirm (I had the elevator for a short time). BUT, big but, I did schedule them at 10:45pm the night before, so I give them a pass on that :-)

I was very pleased with the service provided. I received a call the day of the move with an exact arrival time. Two guys came; one the lead, the other the helper. The lead was knowledgable and organized. Both were pleasant and hard working! Good experience with my move !

I hired two movers, but three showed up. Jerral, Drew & Mike. They were on time and got right to work. They were very professional & took care not to damage my belongings or the walls. They asked me before placing anything so everything is in the correct room. They also assembled my bed frames & TV stand. Although, I knew the job wouldn't take 4 hours, I hired them for that anyway, just in case. They got the job done in 2. This company offers a refund for unused time up to an hour, so I did get an hour refunded, which I really appreciate. I would definitely hire these guys again if needed. They did the job and did it well. I'm very satisfied with my service. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about the crew I had from Springs Movers. They worked very hard, packed my truck more expertly than I could have imagined, and were just genuinely a pleasure to work with. They arrived a little late due to their previous job going long, but they called several times to keep me updated on their progress and handled it very professionally. They took great care of my property, communicated very well throughout the loading, and got more of my things in a slightly-too-small truck than anyone would ever believe. This is the second time I have used Springs Movers and both experiences have been A+. From what I've seen, there is no one better in the Atlanta area.

Have boxes in a designated area toward entryway, wrapping any furniture or fragile items before moving date. Also we very well know that not everyone is able to be prepared but rest assured we will still get you there
