The 2 movers sent out were hardworking and very friendly. They arrived a few minutes late, but called to alert me before they were scheduled to arrive. They were careful and respectful with all of our furniture. We had everything for them to use so they didn't need to bring anything. Time was coming to an end and they made sure to finish the job so I would not have to pay for extra time. Very pleased and happy with them. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They were efficient and quick, but did not stop or even ask too many questions of my mom of what she wanted put in first, and there were a few boxes that were grabbed and put up back that mom wanted to take in her vehicle. but other than that they were fine.

Worked fast and carefully with unloading the furniture from our two pods. Randy and G did a great job as part of the four man team who came on a same day help request before the weather got bad.

Worked very slowly. One packer didn't know how to use a tape gun, or handheld stretch wrap. She had to be taught packing on my dime. The lady who owns the business begged me not to post a negative review, she knew how angry I was.
I wished they didn't show and I had my $.They totally gouged me. Wanted overtime etc.
The men that are movers were worthless. They unloaded a pod that I had filled with all my heavy furniture. Then put some boxes in first. ( Mind you I had sold most of my books). There wasn't anything I couldn't carry
The packers said we are here 2 hours which cost 200. The women were here 2 hours to pack. They wanted their overtime which was 3 hours @60/hr. They didn't do 6 hours worth of work.There's just no way.
The packers rearranged my pod and left endless cubic feet to waste. All they did was tape blankets and rearranged the pod. Then said we've been here 2 hrs and overtime is 90/Hr. Then he had the audacity to ask for tips. I was furious and told them to get out of here. I told the lady in charge (owns business) how mad I was for getting ripped off.
The other packing lady asked me if she could have a pair of Calvin Klein sweatpants, and she handed them to me. I looked at her in utter disbelief and said I just bought these. See the price tags still attached. This would be the same woman that I bought lunch for, and asked me before they got started, for Sprite which is STILL in my fridge.
What these people didn't know that I am a packaging ENGINEER.
The best lie was that they used to pack for embassies and the like. Um no way, as I used to sell to GSA and moving companies. These people were incompetent. Go hire Mexicans or cub scouts. They will work faster.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. And you guys need to vet your subcontractors. Trust me this is going on Linked In. My old customers will love it, and I will make sure every packing co with Vanlines sees this review.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
