My family had an emergent situation that required two guys and no truck, less than 24 hours notice. I contacted uCall iHaul @ 7pm and within an hour had guaranteed truck loaders. They arrived at 9 AM and worked smartly and graciously for three hours. Efficient, effective, excellent service.

Possibly the best money I've ever spent! Gene and Malik were absolutely wonderful! You could tell they knew what they were doing and were prepared. They packed the truck perfectly and nothing shifted. They loaded and unloaded the truck in less than 2 hours, which blew me away. Not only were they very professional and polite, but they were also friendly and fun and made this the easiest and best move I've ever had. I will absolutely use them again on my next move. The two young men who came to help me unpack my belongings from the pod were fantastic. Arrived on time, and went right to work. Yes they asked me where to put items, were considerate of the carpets, walls and such. Went right to work and all was done to my satisfaction. I would use this service again!

They brought a person with them who waited in the car the whole time, which I did not think was appropriate. The task was completed quickly and they were friendly, but later I came to find out from the previous owners of my house that this is the company that scratched up my walls and ruined some of their furniture while moving out their furniture a few days earlier.

I received a call the night before my appointment and was asked if I wanted the container unloaded that evening. That was a first! Two men arrived a but late,due to heavy traffic; however they had called to notify me they would be late. More high marks for them.
They were polite, professional, very hard workers and had the container unloaded in two hours. Yes I would call them again.

The guys showed up late but did stay the full two hours. But we weren't sure we wanted them to stay after they dropped our $1100 washer and dented the side and front. Their claim was that our rented appliance dolly strap was broken but, upon inspection, it was not. And even if it had been broken, there was no communication to us they needed a strap to hold it down. While lowering the items down the stairs they scratched the walls three times. We felt they were not professional movers because even though we explained the washing machine needed the shipping bolts placed in the back before moving it, they didn't (and then dropped it.
Other issues were that they did not wrap our wardrobe when attempting to move it. So it fell apart and used up time needed for moving. When they packed the items they did carry down, they were stacked haphazardly resulting in wasted space and we ended up reorganizing most of what they had done.
The helper's hygiene was in question because the smell in our home was quite difficult to handle. Lastly, our personal friend and helper discovered feces left in our toilet unflushed after the mover used the bathroom. We discussed these issues with the owner who has yet to resolve the issue but has told us that he is too busy to think about our situation until Monday (5 days after they showed up). We are currently waiting for a resolution.

They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
