They were quite poor with communication. I had texted and phoned 3 different contacts at the company and they either didn’t call back or were very delayed in a response. I didn’t like that the movers were smokers, coming into our home right after smoking and also having a smoke break which we effectively paid for.
BUT when it came to actually packing the truck in the most efficient and Tetris way possible, they were excellent at fitting everything into the truck with room to spare!! Their truck packing and moving ability skills well exceeded expectations and when it comes down to it, that’s what we wanted in our movers. Thank you!
