Ian and Chris worked very hard, and non-stop! They were extremely polite, were very careful with all the items moved, and packed the truck very efficiently. They arrived in the middle of the arrival window, and had all the necessary equipment. We would absolutely use them again, and will recommend them to anyone!

Robert and Chris did a great job on packing my pod. They were on time and worked hard. It took 1.5 hours longer than expected. Not sure why. I thought it would be with in the 2 hour window. I had everything packed and had all needed items like tape, blankets and shrink wrap.
I would use them again, just may try to help a bit to speed things up.

This is the third time using LeDoux for a move. Every time I hire them, their quality of service reduces.. probably the last time I'll hire this moving company.
Their staff was friendly and accommodating. But they broke a ceiling fixture and said it just fell (lie) and scratched the heck out of a painted hutch cabinet. Slow moving. (My previous move was 2 guys for 3 hours and they got it all loaded. This move was 2 guys for 4 hours and only 3/4 truck was done by the time the timer went off). On time, prepared even thou I had stairs. They really work hard and fast as they loaded 16' container in 2 hrs. They handled my proper beautifully and made it all fit. Would defiantly use them again. They were very professional and pleasant and would recommend they as first class.
