Arrived on time, worked fast & efficiently unloaded the jigsaw-puzzle-like container loaded by different Hire-A-Helper crew in the city I moved from.
THAT (Rochester, NY) 2-MAN TEAM DID NOT USED 30 RENTED PADS FOR COVERING ALL FURNITURE AND NOW A MID-CENTURY DESK IS BADLY SCRATCHED 1/2" ACROSS ITS ENTIRE TOP! THAT is the crew I want to review but the link to review them has disappeared!

Jerry and Ian were amazing!!!!! Professional, on time, courteous, hard working, and a pleasure to be around during a very stressful time. They took such good care of ALL my belongings down to actually reading a message on a box that said, "Do Not stack anything on top". I have never in my memory had a mover pay attention to my requests like that. I always had to stand and watch them.... Not so with these two!!!!!
If I ever have to move again I would HIGHLY recommend this company, but would definitely track down Jerry and Ian!!!!!

Jesse and Les did a fantastic job! They were polite, loaded the truck quickly and very efficiently, and worked very hard the entire time. We would definitely use LeDoux again, and we would request these guys.

The team was fast - unloaded a 16' container in under two hours with three people and marginal help from myself. They were careful with most of my things and put pads down to protect my floor and bannisters.
Biggest con - they put a lot of boxes in the wrong rooms. Kitchen boxes upstairs in the guest bedroom, office boxes in the master. 90% of the boxes were clearly labeled and I walked them through the house before starting. Wishing I had paid more attention to that so I could have had them fix that with all the paid time left that they had.

I had the opportunity to have Jesse and Jerry conduct the move of our household goods from house to storage container. Wow! They worked hard and did a wonderful job! The two young men also impressed me with the care that they took in properly wrapping our furniture, and ensuring that the house did not suffer any of the typical dings and dents associated with moving. They were right on time, and got 'er done! I would definitely use this team of fantastic movers again. Thank you, Jesse and Jerry!
