They wrapped and protected my furniture very well and packed the 1st half of my truck very well, however, for the 2nd half of the truck they ran out of steam and their efficiency went down. I spent 3 hours packing the stuff they said they couldn't after 3.5 hours.

My furniture arrived safe and I didn't have to lift them. For that I am grateful.

Your company is great I got my stuff after a year I-will always use you for all of my moves. It was a great experience I moved a lot of miles 2200. I will recommend your company to everyone that has got to move. My stuff made it ok.

Took care of our furniture, draped and wrapped with saran wrap. Handled our really heavy voluble wide China cabinet down THREE flights of stairs to our truck. Brought their own dollies and made short work of loading the boxes.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A friendly professional experience with a consistent line of communication between the customer and the crew members.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

We'd prefer the customer clean the space being moved. If the customer is packing their belongings, please label according to what items and where (e.g. what room) you'd like them moved.

What types of moves have you handled?

long distance, across the country (from Austin to Chicago, etc.), office moves, local, small moves, rearrange, multi-day moves (e.g. homes over 5,000 sq ft.)

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Seeing the euphoria on a customer's face after we've completed a move or job in a timely and efficient manner. There's no better feeling.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We train crew members on proper lifting, packing and customer service techniques.

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
