We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. I'd like to state that this review is based on my experience with the management/administration NOT the manual laborers; who were absolutely amazing and deserve to be treated better.
For a company that has a giant billboard on a large interstate as you enter in to the #1 growing city in the country you think they'd have the business model, customer service and overall experience together. Due to scheduling my service started 3 hours late. My requests were not communicated - wrapping furniture, using moving blankets. Mind you I purchased the plastic wrap from the moving company and the blankets. Due to the late start I feel as if we weren't given the attention we needed. NO ONE called to let us know they were running late - only until 30 minutes after start time. The person over the phone in the office was full of excuses and used patronizing language like "sweetie" and "honey". At one point the person in the office blamed the manual laborers vs owning up to the fact that they themselves scheduled incorrectly.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
