The movers called before there arrival time to confirm. They showed up on time and started working immediately. They were very careful when bringing in our belongings and asked where we wanted them. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!!

We were pleased with the service we received from Hire a Helper. We were a bit confused about how to use their service but once we understood it went very well. We were notified that they would be a bit late but they showed up two hours later as they promised. We had only one pod to be unloaded and contents to be delivered to our new address. The men worked very hard and we were in our new place within 2.5 hours including unloading our pod, driving to our location and delivering to our home. We would definitely use them again. The reason for 4 rather than 5 is that we were not bothered by the slight delay but others might be.
