The crew arrived on time. They treated the possessions as if they were their own. Packing was fantastic. No wasted space. Items stacked properly. Furniture wrapped with moving pads and well secured. I would use them again.

They were awesome. They were early and worked miracles in getting everything packed on the pod. They took extra precaution to strap everything in even though the driver from Pack Rat said it wasn’t necessary because the pod would be flat during transport. As an added benefit they both had a courteous and pleasant demeanor.

While our movers did not arrive during the scheduled window, they did call us well in advance of the window to let us know the current job they were on was going to run longer than expected. When they arrived, they had all of the necessary tools, blankets, etc. that were needed to move our items. They worked quickly, efficiently, and as a team. I was blown away by how quickly they took care of moving items, organizing the truck, and securing everything properly. All items were handled with care and respect; they even were understanding of our 130lb dog being in the way every now and then. Once we got to the destination, they worked hard and quickly to keep us within our estimate time frame for the job. If I could give these folks 6 stars, I would! Highly recommend!!!!!
