Prompt, pleasant to begin with, hired for four hours but only worked three and a half, items were not removed from attic, after they were halfway to Charlotte they at first did not offer to come back to complete the job but suggested that my disabled son finish the job because they didn't want to waste their gas money, offered to come back after I reminded them they owed me 30 min of labor, declined because of their negative attitude, as I was signing so they could get paid l was asked for a 5 star rating which they certainly do not deserve
