The job was scheduled for between 8 and 9 am. They showed up at 9:50, saying they were stuck in traffic. They should account for that when leaving for the first job of the day.
They then proceeded to say they couldn't get everything packed inot the POD, which they didn't, resulting in my having to load my car up in order to get everything to where I needed to go. I am scared as to what I will find when I unload the POD. Would probably never use this branch again.

The men came late, but called ahead of time to notify me of the change. They were efficient with their time. They were polite and friendly. It did start to rain as they were loading, which made it difficult, but they continued working and made sure they dried off my furniture as it was loaded.
