Positive: They put in a lot of effort and actively finished the work on time.
Negative: The guys were too confident and didn't care to take any inputs. They put heavier items on top of light ones and when I suggested not to do that (I tried to convey this three times with all due respect), they said "We know what we are doing". They kept a heavy item on top of the ikea shoe rack, which shattered into pieces immediately. I am not happy with the way they have secured the boxes with the mattress, and I am afraid there will be more damage when we receive the PODS.

Were they on time? They were late but they informed us beforehand, so no issues.
Were they prepared for the job? Yes
Did they work hard? Yes
Were they respectful of your property and goods? No, they end up breaking my idea shoe rack and I am afraid there will be more damage in the transport. The way TV was packed, I am worried it may suffer some damage.
Would you use them again? NO.

Omg Marcus and Marquise were amazing! They arrived on time and kicked butt! They were so good about using the space wisely in my POD and got my POD fully loaded in 3 hours! I would recommend booking 3 hours for a 3 bedroom apartment for sure! Thank you to them and Movers R Us! Can’t wait to use them again at my next location!

They are packing pros!!! I moved using a POD, which these guys are recommended by and for good reason! They knew the dimensions of the POD and took quick estimates of my boxes and furniture to pack the space as efficiently as possible. Everything was level, evenly distributed weight and well protected for the fragile items. If they could fly up to my new home and unpack my POD there, I would hire them again!

All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .

We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
