The owner together with his crew did an amazing job. We rented a 26 Penske Truck from Downtown Chicago all the way to Palm Beach, Florida. After close to 1,500 miles of driving nothing moved at our arrival. Even the guys that were unloading in Florida were impress with how Movemasters design the everything inside the truck. These guys are the real deal. Very professional, careful, respectful and hard workers. You will be happy you choose this company to do the job.

MOVEMASTERS were fantastic. They showed up exactly at their arrival time and completed the job an hour sooner than anticipated! They were quick, thorough and honestly we did not think they would be able to fit all of our belonging into one POD but they spent time ensuring that every nook and cranny were packed like tetris. I called Shamaiah on Wednesday to confirm our Friday schedule and asked if I could call on Friday morning with an update on when the truck would arrive. She agreed and said that they were local.
I texted Friday morning at 7:47 to inform that the truck would be there at 8:30 am. She replied, gathering my crew, I will let you know when heading your way.
I asked for a time of arrival.
She replies, the original time frame is 8-9 am and my crew will be there.
The truck arrived at 8:30 am the crew arrived at 9:18.
I also chose MoveMasters because the listing and I asked if they were abiding by the COVID rules.
Crew had no gloves and masks were off the faces within 10 minutes.
There was no loading plan. I had about 75% already on the dock and they never looked to see what else was going on the truck. By the end Things were put on top just to be done. They were done loading at 10:52. I expect there will be damage and my furniture will be scratched when I unload.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK! NEVER AGAIN!
When I spoke with you on Wednesday you stated you would give me a call on Friday morning at 7:00 am you didn’t call me until 7:47 am. I had to gather my crew because you did not inform me of the truck arrival until 7:47 am and it wouldn’t make sense to have them waiting at your site. I told you my crew would be there and we arrived completed the job as requested.

Had a terrible experience and submitted claims for service and damages. The crew leader left an hour in because they didn't come prepared, the movers were all family members and it took them 6 hours compared to the 4 hours it took the unloading crew, who could not believe how terrible the trucks had been packed (like a stone garden birdbath packed next to a wood desk or a china cabinet packed against a metal pole). The crew was slow, had no game plan, had to be reminded to use furniture pads, and left the job (TWICE) for me and my father to finish, pushing back our departure time and changing our move plans. I also felt they were dishonest during the claim process.
Could write more and I'm sure we'll see a counter review which will be full of nonsense. Point is that it was a really unpleasant and bad experience for my family and I strongly do not recommend, especially compared to our unloaders who were professional and fun to work with.

Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
