The two gentlemen that helped me were amazing. They unloaded everything from the truck in just an hour (it took about 3 hours to pack it in there) and were able to help me put my bed frame back together (minus the screws that I did later) which was incredibly helpful and would have taken me ages alone. So easy.

Actually they did too good of a job. I needed my upright vacuum cleaner which they took. My fault on not letting them know that stays.

Movemasters consisted of a supervisor and two workers. I provided the rental truck. They did a wonderful job, including wrangling two awkwardly-shaped, heavy couches up and down multiple flights of stairs. They made it work with patience and good humor. When a freight elevator broke down, they still managed to pack and move a truck full of furniture. I would definitely hire them again.

They came on time, were courteous and friendly and did a good job disassembling everything. They also helped us move a few other things around in the office apart from the cubicles.

Overall it we had an okay experience. They did a great job moving our furniture out of the apartment. But then for some reason moving our stuff in to the next place took over twice as long, during which they didn't bring anything up to the apartment for 45 minutes. I'm not sure what happened, but it caused us to pay for an hour more than planned. Some pieces got roughed up a little, but not much beyond what I'd unfortunately expect from a move.

The guys from MoveMasters were wonderful! They arrived early, were completely prepared, and quickly got to work. Even though there were only 2 of them, they had all of my stuff safely moved from 1 unit/floor to another in an hour. They were both friendly, understanding, and focused. Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
