I hired Move Masters to move my family from a 2 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. I scheduled for two hours because I knew every additional hour us $95. I advised of what we had to move and that I rented a 26' truck. Boxes I packed were labeled to identify where they belonged - up or downstairs.
On the move I talked to Shamya after the guys had been there for two hours. They were still loading the truck! I have never seen movers move so slowly! Instead of using the 2 wheeler we provided they carried boxes one at a time. They also did not have back braces or moving straps! When I mentioned this to Shamya she said she would check with the on site manager.
At the new house the guys, again, had no sense of urgency. More importantly, they took furniture to the correct floor but grew tired of the boxes and began just putting them in the garage. They loaded up the living room then the garage - with no rhyme or reason. A twelve foot ladder was layer over boxes, storage shelves were part of the mess unused.
Back at the first house they were asked to move a couch and they refused. I spoke again to Shamya to discuss this and she indicated the using a two wheeler takes longer! She then told me to not pay the additional hours through Hire-a-Helper but to send it to her and she provided me with Zelle access. (I did so but put in the wrong email address.)
Our contractor, our neighbor and others asked if they were family because they've never seen anyone moving so slowly! In fact, I had my sister, daughter, son and cousin jump in to help.
I have yet to speak on the many breaks and the young one on his cell phone every 10-15 minutes! This was the worst experience I've had. We are now finding damage to our stuff and will advise you when our list is completed.
You have requested my services three (3) times and each time my crew has went above and beyond to make sure your belongings were safe, organized and secure. You requested two helpers and I sent three helpers to assist with your move. My crew arrived on time, were polite, courteous and respectful. You told my crew to put boxes with NO labels on it in the garage and on the first level of your home. My crew worked at your home in Hazardous conditions while you were in the process of packing and your belongings were scattered throughout your home. After the second trip and three quarters of the truck was unloaded you and your family took it upon themselves to assist my helpers. You stated that you did not have enough funds to cover your move and requested that you be able to Zelle me the following day. I did not request that you Zelle me for the additional hours.

Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
