We were extremely pleased to welcome Monty and Levelle into our home at precisely 9:00 a.m. which was out appointed time!
They both worked very hard and took no breaks until we urged them to do so due to the heat! A drink of water and they were back to work! Our furniture is large and very heavy. They were prepared and did a great job!
They worked until the last minute, were polite and had had an excellent work ethic!

I was initially concerned that the movers arrived not equipped with moving equipment that I requested. However; the movers graciously assured me they could handle the job without the equipment and proceeded with just a small amount of difficulty.

I was really worried that my stuff would never fit into the 16 ft UPack pod. But once the two helpers arrived they got right to work and packed my items in there so nicely I was impressed. The not only got yhe big items down the stairs without dinging the walls they also managed to get the furniture and boxes and bins and pictures and rugs etcetera all packed in just two hours. I was so impressed I sent them a well deserved Tip l.

Movemasters team was great. I had to reschedule unloading time (last minute) and it wasn't a problem (I was really lucky!), team arrived on time, were energetic, smiling, very welcoming (we just moved to Chicago from St. Louis) and most important thing - they worked so fast and were extra careful bringing stuff inside, watching walls and corners, being careful not to scratch new wood floor. I was afraid of having scheduled too little time to unload our truck, but everything was done in 1 hour, I was shocked, no minute wasted! We are renting, so next time we move, this is our moving company in Chicago area! Thank you, Movemasters!

The folks at Movemasters did a great job! They unloaded a moving truck we'd driven from the East Coast, half into a new home and half into storage. They arrived a few minutes EARLY (!!!) and finished in less time than scheduled, communicated really well through the whole process from booking to move day, and got the job done efficiently and effectively. They were friendly and worked hard for the whole time. I would absolutely use Movemasters again! Highly recommend.

The Movemasters crew was very quick and careful, and took good care of our stuff, especially some of the more fragile items. Shamiah texted to let me know when they were on their way, and they were on time for all three of our appointments. Shamiah was especially great, and communicated with us to confirm our times the day before. The guys were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend them and use them for any other moving needs.

Our customers can expect for us to show up on time, usually early, in uniforms and a huge smile on our faces ready to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
