Everyone on the crew was AWESOME. Jay, Montell, and Ralph were extremely accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were prompt, hard-working, and showed great professionalism.

I thought that these guys were amazing. They were hard workers! They did get a lot on the truck. I would have given 5 stars if I had judged on move out day.
Unfortunately we had a lot of damaged items because of how the items were all put into the truck in a crazy manor - it was stacked organized but kind of looked like beverly hill billies. I think they were trying to get a lot on the truck, but probably 20-25 peices of furniture had spotts where furniture finishes were rubbed off and rather difficult to repair. Nothing was broken, but there were lots of blemishes.
Again, the guys were really hard workers and I was impressed with how hard they worked!! They were respectful and kind and on time. I would reuse, but be more specific on how things are to be put on the truck

MOVEMASTERS arrived right on time, and were incredibly professional and hardworking. They packed our truck with expert precision, utilizing almost every spare inch to make everything fit. My only negative would be in how I advised them that a couple of boxes were fragile and not to be laid on their side-- only to find them on their side and crammed into a completely full truck. The artwork survived unscathed, and everything else arrived without any shifting after a 5+ hour trip and a blown tire (!), so I am still highly recommending this company, but it definitely was frustrating to see instructions ignored. I am sure though I could have been more insistent about what I wanted. It's easy to judge when sitting back and letting others do all the hard work!
Overall I would definitely use them again. The laborer's we hired to unload remarked on how securely and expertly everything was packed, and it took half the time to unload because of it. I would never challenge this company to a game of Tetris-- you will surely loose.

Our customers can expect for us to show up on time, usually early, in uniforms and a huge smile on our faces ready to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
