They were two hours late.
They did a horrible job loading the trailer.
We had almost every box loaded with severe damage. Furniture was scratched up. A very expensive painting was damaged.
They did not handle our belongings with much respect. Everything in the trailer was falling over and causing damage.
I would not hire Fuse again and would not recommend them to anyone.

They were not here at the scheduled time. They did call and rescheduled for several hours later. At the scheduled time it was raining very hard, I was not upset that they were coming later. When they arrived, they worked hard and fast and were conscientious of treatment and placement of items removed from the POD. I would recommend them to friends and family needing furniture moved.

Would not recommend. Did not treat belongings with care, seemed to have never done this before. Little support from management (by phone), who appeared to have outsourced the work to random people (not employees). Also admitted they had never packed a POD before. Inefficient use of time and materials. Generally a horrible experience.
Not sure how China and other delicate materials could be packed without being careful. Was a very unreasonable customer with her demands. We have reiterated with crews about being careful with customer items as well working efficiently.
We have loaded and unloaded thousands of pods, ABFs, Packrats, Estes etc various kinds of containers so not sure where the lie is coming from about this being our first time. Our crews are full time with us and again. That’s not right you will intentionally disparage us with lies because your grossly underestimated move took a little longer than you anticipated. She estimated 3 hours and it took 4.5 we waived the 30mins.

They were wonderful;! They were able to come ahead of time, got right to work, fast but careful. I will certainly use them again!!

Even after verifying 2 days ahead, movers were a no-show at agreed time. After several phone calls to Hire A Helper and Fuse, guys did arrive about 5 hours late. Not sure anyone would actually show up and needing to start a 955 mile drive in the morning, by then my wife, neighbor, and I had loaded 90% of the 16 foot truck with anything we could manage to lift. After more phone calls the next day we were provided with a discount.
We did not get a call until about 3.5 hours past the arrival time. Although this was not the fault of the customer we did have a crew to him as soon as we found out about the error within an hour. Move was scheduled for a 3-4 arrival window. We got the Call from Michael at 6:48pm. When we discovered the error we had movers arrive to him by 7:36pm.
Again that was an omission on our part however we sprung into action and had movers arrive within the hour of finding out about the error. We applied the discount before he asked. The order only was closed out the next day as the account payments representatives was no longer available when the move was completed the evening prior.
We did drop the ball, had had movers arrive within an hour after the call and discovering the error and applied a 20+% discount due to the inconvenience.

I moved from one city in PA to a city in VA and used movers at both end to load an unload. The movers in PA loaded the trucks and were faster and cheaper by the hour. For the rate they charge, I would like Fuse movers to work through more efficiently.
If they move in haste, bang up your furniture and leave gashes on your wall. I am very sure you would not be happy with that. Also customers indecision at times slowed the crew down. They had to move boxes 2-3 times when he changed his mind. Our rates are fair and all our movers experienced also hardworking.
Every home layout is different and I am almost sure the PA crew did not have a sloppy driveway coupled with 3 flights of stairs. 5 hours for 2 fully loaded 26ft trucks into a 4 bedroom 3 floor townhouse? This review is very unfair and not right. This crew work extremely hard and I know definitely they are not slackers.

So deceiving! They were able to pack our whole house in 4 hours. We were so impressed, little did we know they haphazardly threw everything and crammed everything into the truck. Then, I was dumbfounded that when I went to hire a helper and told them how poorly they did their job they told me it was MY FAULT because I didn’t give them enough furniture pads. I had given them 12 and they only used 4 of them! What would have more furniture pads have done? I didn’t think I had to micromanage the movers the whole time? Nearly every single piece of furniture was damaged. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

The guy rearranging the truck did a really great job packing everything to keep it safe. Everyone else seemed to be in a hurry and seemed careless with our stuff. Our dresser was handled poorly and one of the legs is cracked and broken. A table leg was broken and there are several new scratches on our cedar chest. They worked quickly, but I would have appreciated a little more care with our belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials.
