Where do I start?? Lol First off they called me at 3:30pm saying they were on the way but STILL showed up late around 6:20pm and not at the expected time of 5:00 to 6:00 pm. It was a man and woman. They claimed the other guy couldn't make it. They were not prepared for the job. The guy (Roger) had on flip flops for God sake. They dropped some of our items which I found out was broken unloading it. They took many breaks. It's not like they had to go up and down stairs. They used the elevator to move most of our furniture. They slowed down to the point where I had to see what where they doing. The most craziest thing the guy asked me was can he use my garage to fix his truck after they moved us? I told him no cause my landlord will be inspecting the apartment so we can leave. He then asked could I check with my landlord to see if he could. The sad thing is this. We GAVE them a bed, a chair, and a small sectional. We had one long piece of sectional left. THEY DID NOT WANT TO TAKE IT DOWN. HOLD ON. LET ME REPEAT IT. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE IT DOWN THE STAIRS. THEY LEFT IT FOR US TO REMOVE. Me ( fresh off of having my gall bladder removed) and my PREGNANT wife could have moved our stuff faster than them. At one point. We actually moved some stuff to help speed the process. SMH. The later it became was when it seem like they expected us to help them move our furniture. Crazy thing is they asked my landlord to help once he came at 10pm. I mean seriously. Come on!!!!
We lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath but it was nothing in the other bedroom cause I moved it all in the living room which was a bed and chair that we gave them. It took the 5 and a half hours to load our stuff!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
This is the God given truth. No exaggerating or lies have been told. I would never use this company again. They can say what they want but me, my wife, and former landlord know the truth.

They arrived at 10 am (not between 8 am and 9am) due to the heavy rain in St Louis. Once they arrived they worked like machines and loaded our truck effortlessly and professionally. They were awesome. Once arriving at the unloading destination, they mirrored their work that they did in the morning. They unloaded the truck. They were AWESOME, professional, and I plan to hire them in a couple months when my mother and sister sell and move to a downsized house. The one and only issue I had with them is this: If I had to pick a number between 1 and 10 - I would pick / rate them at a 15.

They did good job. Late arriving and left dolly on another job, but moved some pretty heavy furniture off moving truck and into place in home without any issues, which was exactly the help we needed. Would use again.

3 very hard working young men did anything and everything we asked. Very organized and worked very hard. Went even better than I expected. Very happy. Do not hesitate to hire these guys.

They showed up in a very unprofessional manner with dogs and miscellaneous guests brought to the job. Two of the three movers engaged in an argument in which a woman mover screamed profanity and engaged in workplace physical assault against one of the male coworkers. They took several smoke breaks in a couple of hours and said they were “craigslist movers paid ten dollars an hour.” If I had wanted Jerry Springer guests as movers to pack a POD, I would have hired them. If half a star was a possible rating, I would have given them that.... at the end they called the boss and he asked me in front of these workers if everything was OKAY after I had called Hire a Helper to clearly indicate that it was not!

They were on time, polite, and didn’t dilly dally. The guys worked fast and efficiently in getting our things where we wanted them. I will use them again in the future.

Rez and Patrick met us at our storage unit to help load very heavy items on a hot, humid Southern Missouri day. They then drove to our new location assisted with unloading the items and additional boxes. These two know their stuff. They carried the heavy items down a flight of stairs and there wasn't a single issue. We were contacted the day before with a time confirmation. They came prepared and with a positive attitude to complete a hard job. They were amazing and hard working. We were amazed of their strong spatial skills in placing the furniture in the moving truck. We would use them again and actually are. Moving is stressful enough and these two take the tremendous load of the stress off our shoulders and on theirs. Awesome hardworkers!!!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
