The loaders were scheduled to arrive at 9-10am for 2 hours. They didn't arrive until 11:45am. One guy showed up first and stated this was his first time and had never moved before. My dresser top marble top was chipped, my sofa sustain visible damage and so did my washer. The truck was not stacked professionally and I had to rearrange the truck which defeated the purpose of hiring movers to load the truck. Would not recommend using this company for any moving needs.

Rez and Patrick made our move as painless as possible. It was so nice to have moving labor help who knows how to pack a truck, not just sling boxes. Not only that they listened to our wishes and ideas and collaborated, they didn't take over at all. We broke a pipe when disconnecting the washer and it was Patrick who ran to the street with pliers to turn off the water.
If you want to move yourself but can't lift the heavy stuff and/or need help loading a truck THIS THE WAY YOU DO IT.

Duane and crew were late arriving but the office kept good communication with us as to the status of their arrival. From the time they got here until the time they left they worked hard without complaint. They were a pleasant crew and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

They were late supposed to be here between 9 and 10 they called at 10:15 and said 10:45 still didn't show till 11:30 and seemed VERY unprofessional and even made me nervous about how they moved my furniture. They kept trying to leave early as in started telling me I only had 6 min left on a 2hr job at 12:45 when they didn't even show up till 11:30. They say they take apart furniture and have the tools to do so on their site but they did not and I had to have a friend do it. All in all I could of hired people off the street for less money and got things done the right way.. Would not recommend their services.

Fuse Movers were amazing! We made a very last minute decision to hire movers to unload a moving truck and it was the best decision we ever made. The guys were professional, friendly, careful with all of our items and EFFICIENT! They worked so fast! I will recommend them to anyone and will call them first if we ever need help again!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
