Umbrella movers were awesome!! They were on time and got all the work done in a timely manner. They did not break anything and packed the pod to utilized all the space. Even though I lived on the third floor, it wasn't a problem for them. I would use them again. Thanks guys for all your timely and hard work.

Our movers were on time and had the necessary supplies to pack the POD. They worked very, very hard and completed the job in two hours when I had contracted for three. As in most reviews, I didn't think all of my things would fit in the POD, but they were able to make it work. I haven't unpacked it yet (now in storage at PODs) to see how my things survived the trip from Las Vegas to Illinois, so I can't comment on that part.
They did move at such a fast pace, that some things got packed that shouldn't have and there was one thing broken as it was dropped. The broken glass bowl was of no great importance, so my son emphasized that this was the "free" drop and no others should occur.
All in all, the packing was efficient, quick and would use them again.

These guys did a great job packing a 26' truck. Everything came out easy on the other end of the move with nothing broken. Will use them again for the next load.

What a wonderful experience. The young men who came were on-time, worked quickly and were very competent. They had to unload both a truck and a full POD, and did so with a positive attitude. They worked well together. One of the gentlemen had car trouble and was late. The company notified me and adjusted the bill accordingly. Umbrella Movers was well worth the money and I will definitely use them again.

The Umbrella movers arrived slightly ahead of time and were anxious to help complete our move. They were well prepared and very professional and polite. I wished I would have hired them to do my entire moving job, (Instead of using a so called professional, trucking company) it would have gone SO much smoother, and I would have saved lots of $$$$!
