The movers were courteous and on time. They did their best to secure my belongings, even if it was not the order that I would have preferred the items go into the truck. Nothing was broken or damaged as a result of their packing job. While we did not fit my entire household into one trip- they did make sure that everything arrived safely and was unpacked into the proper locations. Great price..can't complain based on the sheer fact that we had help for a very reasonable sum.

Marcus and Tony called ahead and arrived ahead of schedule, they were polite and organized from the start and through out the unload. They worked hard and followed directions to the T. I had to get them to stop and have a drink of cold water. Once unloaded, they offered to assist in setting up beds, arranging furniture and cleaning the truck.
Our representative was also a pleasure to deal with, Katheryn Ridge made it easy and she actually answered her cell line every time I called, now in today's world, that kind of service with a pleasant demeanor is rare.
This was our sixth move and these guys were the best, thanks Umbrella, each of them should get a bonus for representing your company so well. It was a pleasure. Terry

This is the first time that I utilized Umbrella Movers and I would certainly recommend them to anyone that is interested in getting high quality for low money. These guys were fantastic. They worked well and packed my truck with such precision that nothing shifted or moved during the 350 mile trip. Excellent work with outstanding attitude....especially since it was over 110 degrees that day! Thank you!
