I moved from Carson City Nevada to La Porte, Indiana into a 3000 square foot home (with lots of stairs) We found HireAHelper on line. We paid for three guys for three hours starting at 10:00am in the morning. The guys called me 10 minutes out and were right on time. They never stopped to take a break and worked their tails off. Not only we're they hard workers they were super polite to my family that was also here helping. Kirk, Cornelius and Victor from J.C Movers are then best. They worked great as a team and got the job done.
Thank you for your hard work, my wife and I are very appreciative and couldn't have gotten this done so fast without you guys.

The guys were AWESOME and went well above my expectations. Upon their arrival (before the scheduled time), they immediately did a walk-thru with my husband and then got down to business. My belongings were carried to and packed on the truck with care and precision. Wouldn't hesitate to call JC Movers again or to highly recommend them to associates and friends. GREAT JOB!!!

Could not have asked for a better crew! Everett was incredibly helpful with all the questions we'd come up with prior to the the move. Incredibly helpful and thoughtful when it came to our stress level! The movers ... outstanding! They showed, did a walk through of our belongings then immediately went to work! We were amazed at how well they took care of our belongings and the efficiency they had in packing the truck. Victor and Cornelius truly made the moving experience enjoyable. Any one thinking about moving, here's your team ... they treat your belongings just like your own. IF we ever move again, this will be my crew!

Our two man team worked fast, careful, and effecient to finish the job right at the two hour mark even though the Heat was hitting 100 degrees the day we moved.
When moving into an apartment the elevator is always a problem they were experienced in overcoming that challange and time burner. Moving everything into the lobby and then loading the elevator one man on the apratment floor another in the lobby they quickly and effeciantly moved all boxes and furniture into the apartment.
I recomend for all apartment moves where an elevator is require!

Didn't know how to load truck properly
Did leave large guage wall while carrying a heavy dresser.
Nonetheless, they worked very hard for me, but I had to help them on loading the truck so my stuff would fit and not fall from the top of the truck .

Our experience was very good. The four men were professional and worked well together. Though the entire move took longer than anticipated, the men did a good job. I would use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
