I had three men who unpacked my truck. They were all wonderful. They called when they were on their way, were very concerned with monitoring the time for me, put furniture together, showed me even the tiniest of scratches that wasn't even their fault. I have nothing but good things to say about them!!! I would use them again in a minute. Plus they were so very polite. Thanks guys, I appreciate you so much.

Workers were courteous, but over an hour late. They said they had come from the north side of Chicago and had gotten caught in traffic and arrived at my house at 4:15 instead of 3:00. Their hand truck had a flat tire and they had no air pump so time was spent looking for an air pump and blowing up the tire (this time was not deleted from my bill). The job was completed at 5:34, but I was charged for two hours.

I hired these movers for two hours and they finished everything in half the time. They were considerate, extremely competent, and professional! Highly recommend!

They arrived early. Very friendly. Cautious with the furniture. There was one piece that was asked to take particular care of. Without hesitation they adjusted what they were doing and took special care of that piece to ensure there were no issues. They were done in much less time than I thought if all went well. Would recommend their service and use them again in the future.

J.C. Movers were awesome! Our original movers did not show up and through hire a helper we were able to book J.C. Movers the day of the move. They were at our apartment within a couple of hours and moved quickly. The two movers that came were very nice and friendly. They saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others.

The helpers were rude! Did not load the truck properly and many of my fragle items were broken! Furnature was scatched up, leg broken off my Cedar Hopechest! Office copier fell over in the truck and no longer works, and file cabinet were dented. Even broke my 2yr old washing machine. I had to buy a new one as it would cost about the same to fix! My Tiffany lamp was broken. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
