I so highly recommend J.C. Movers. They are the best movers we've ever used and we are professional mover, 4 states in 3 yrs. We had a different moving company load us the day before and it took them forever. J.C. Movers stepped in the next day when our movers cancelled on our unload at 7am the day of our move. They drove up from chicago to milwaukee at last minute notice. They two gentlemen they sent were so wonderful. Polite and worked so hard. They did they job in half the time.

They were fine, we've had movers before who were much more experienced. The staff and company was easy to deal with, the movers just seemed a little inexperienced but they did fine and were really easy to deal with. We just had to give them a little more direction than we have in the past.

Everett and his assistant were on time, courteous and very efficient. They had our furniture and other things off the trailer very expediently and carefully too. We will use J.C. Movers any time we have a need for this type of service. They deliver what they promise which is hard to find these days.

JC Movers were great. I was late getting there, so they waited. It took them 1.5 hours to unload and they did it very well. Both gentlemen were very polite, well mannered, and showed great concern with both myself and my belongings. Nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged. Will use them again in the future.

The leader of this group knew what he was doing and did a good job, however there were two guys who moved slower. Move out of apartment took twice as long as quoted in approximate times. I did have a piano to move which did take time but only because the leader had to do a lot of explaining to others. My sister and I started carrying things to truck which did make all hustle a little more, however would have preferred they did work. They unloaded fast so that was good.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
