The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did show up on time, they were prepared, and they were very nice. However, and that is a BIG however, it was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. First, they moved incredibly slow. We initially hired 2 helpers for 3 hours. We had all the furniture disassembled, and everything except for 1 dresser moved to the main floor or into the garage, yet they still took 4 hours and only finished half of the job!!! Second, like I said they only finished half of the job!! We rented a 26 foot truck and they filled it about half full before I told them I would call family for help to finish since they had already wasted 4 hours of my day! Third, they had not eaten before arrival and decided to take a break in the middle of the shift. The end result is I had to pay for an extra hour. I was unaware of the fact that I had to pay for their breakfast break!!!!! Finally, there was a small servey that they asked me to fill out in front of them. I did not feel comfortable answering honestly while I was home by myself wirh two men!!! That is not a fair thing to do to your customers, especially when the experience was so BAD!!!!! I felt that due to the fact that they did not have another job for the remainder of the day they were trying to milk the clock!! I am beyond upset, frustrated, and dissappointed!!! I will NEVER use LeDoux moving again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

This is our 2nd time using Ledoux. They did an excellent job the 1st time. The 2nd time had some issues, but the two gentleman on the crew worked so hard to make up for it and were incredibly friendly! I wish I could recall their names (maybe Ralph was one?) - but they worked their tails off! We had ordered a crew of 4. Only 3 made it and they were over an hour late. However, they did call and let us know what was going on multiple times. Of the 3 that made it, only 2 were capable movers. It was clear the 3rd was a last minute attempt to get closer to the original order of 4 movers. We did contact the owner and they issued us a partial refund so we only paid for the amount of people that worked. That made me feel much better about the experience. Again, I do want to emphasis that the two gentleman worked very hard to make up for the lack of additional help - they should be commended! So, would I use Ledoux again? Surprisingly, yes, I would. Why? Because the 1st time went as planned and the crew was great. And because this time, even though things got a little goofed up, they did an excellent job!
