They were unable to keep prearranged appointment time and changed it several times. When they moved the piano off the truck, they removed the blanket and plastic wrap prior to moving it into the house. Causing strap rubbings and minor damages to wood on the piano. They should have left the piano wrapped until into the house. Otherwise, I would have scored them a star higher.

Showed up on time...we hired 2 guys, but they had 3. We were NOT charged for the 3rd person and had they not brought him, we would have gone over the time and been charged extra. VERY thankful for this company. It was brutally hot but they did not take a break. We were worried all of the furniture would not fit in a 15' truck, but they fit everything in like puzzle pieces. I've never seen anything so impressive in my life. To assure our items didn't move in transit, they gave us a mover's tie (at no charge). We drove 1200 miles and not a single item was out of place. I would recommend these guys a million times over.

They were prompt and had all the tools and equipment needed to get the job done. They unloaded 2 large pods for us and most of the time in a downpour. They covered what they could to keep it dry and not a thing was broken or wall damaged. Would definitely use them again.

My move was to unload my 26 foot rental truck full with my furniture and belongings into our first floor 2 bedroom condo. Both John and Kelly were great movers. They arrived within the expected arrival time and worked very hard. They had all of their own moving equipment like dolly's and such and were very careful with our belongings. I don't think they even took a break during the entire move which was a little over 2 hours in the SW Florida heat on May 17, 2018. We did not suffer any damages to any of our possessions. I would definitely recommend them and HireAHelper to anyone needing their services. We were extremely pleased with this move.
