John and Tony showed up on time. They worked together seamlessly throughout the packing process. I have moved many times in my 70 years and have never experienced a more efficient packing of a UHaul! They were pleasant and so helpful with all of my questions. John even zipped my massive suitcase, for my Weds flight to Providence. They made what could have been a stressful experience a real pleasure!

I have torn tendons in one shoulder and a herniated disc in my lower back. I checked the internet and thank goodness I found Hire A Helper. The helpers showed up on time with all the equipment they needed to move our heavy and bulky items.They were very careful not to damage anything and very patient and polite. The move was done on time with 5 minutes to spare. If you need an extra hand to get your move done, then I would highly recommend that you call Hire A Helper.

John and his assistant arrived right on schedule and worked efficiently the entire time. They packed our POD with laser precision and we could not believe how everything fit like a glove. They treated every item with care and respect. John called to confirm as promised I would highly recommend John for packing and he made the entire experience a pleasure.

I was more impressed with their reviews than I was the actual service. There were 2 men but one was absolutely a trainee and half of what he did had to be corrected by the other one. Every time I watched the other was telling him no re-do it this way. Because of this obvious inefficiency in their lack of teamwork, I got to pay for 3 additional hours. They worked hard but not as professional movers. Additionally, we had 3 computer printers and they loaded them upside down for the 2500 mile trip. I had more than enough blankets ordered and yet some of our best furniture was not wrapped and when we unloaded 2500 miles later, they hadn't bothered to use 3 dozen blankets, and the uncovered furniture? It arrived scuffed and dirty.
