The team was on time, there were 2 gentlemen. One Kivious was very respectful great attitude and a hard worker. John which seems to be the owner has a truly bad attitude and just was uncomfortable to deal with him and his snarky comments. I also didn't like how he treated Kivious the employee that was helping him. In conclusion, they did get the job done but the experience wasn't the best I am a paying customer and I expect at least a decent attitude.

Even though 1/2 hour late because of traffic, John and Kevious were the BEST! Totally unloaded and placed where I requested in the storage unit. Would definitely use them again.

Not only did John and his partner call to let me know they would be able to come 2 1/2 hours earlier than expected (which made our day!) But they were fantastic at moving everything from our trailer!
