They arrived early and we prepared for the job. They worked extremely hard and were very respectful of our things. They did a wonderful job and we would use them again.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any kind of service. He will just deny everything as he has in other reviews. Call hire a helper and ask them about the complaints against him. There are many. He's a con artist with a very bad temper. They were not on time. Equipment was not efficient for the job. Cold day in hell before I would use them again. Response: The third guy for "free" was addressed within the first 10 seconds of meeting John, asking if I "could throw him some extra cash". When I said I planned on tipping them they discussed it and said I guess that would be okay. The third "free" guy which was Jon spent more time eating and telling the other two guys what to do. The two other guys worked hard. They seemed embarrassed by John's behavior which included screaming at me in the middle of the front yard and hovering over me to make sure I paid them the extra hour. Truly a horrible experience that left me shaking and crying and calling hire a helper to make a formal complaint. I am a pediatric nurse for many years and I deal with many tense situations that are life-threatening. This experience left me more rattled than any of those experiences. Hire a helper also told me he had a complaint from the people prior to me that day. I'm not sure how he gets so many good reviews. I saw nothing professional go on the day of our move. Contrary to what Jon says Im very easy to make happy. Do the job and work hard and I have zero problem paying you. I am probably one of the most non-confrontational people you could ever meet.

John and his team were fantastic! Super response. They were on time and worked steadily until the job was done. Never a moment of concern with having them in my home. I would recommend them to anyone in need to some muscle. Seriously a great crew!!!

This is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend them. My mistake was misjudging the time it would take, they finished the job though. Learn from my mistake and allow more time than you think it will take. The movers were respectful of the belongings and worked extremely hard. I would not hesitate to use them again!!

John, Mark, and Brian were freaking awesome!!! They were on time, nice and knowledgeable. They didn't do any damage to my items and I have big, black lacquer items with large slabs of glass. John tightened my lamps, John and Mark put together my bed and headboard which is huge glass pieces, perfectly. Brian put together my desk and tightened up wobbly furniture that I've had for 20 yrs and made it brand new. I am so glad I chose this company and they moved my 16' truck items up 3 flights of stairs! No damage! I love these guys. I will always keep them in mind for Florida moves, or as a recommendation. I came from Cleveland, OH and was so scared, but they were even better than the people that packed me. They made my trip so worth it and we raved about them for hours. I would highly recommend. They will do you justice!
