Very professional and hard working. They handled complex disassembly and reassembly very well. There was no damage, and they finished it all within the two hours. You can't go wrong with these guys.

One gentleman named john was heavy man was taking his time talking more. He was going to his vehicle getting something to drink. and my daughter and i helped to unload the truck. I saw them bring my tv upstairs which has rollers but stopped at end of stairs to talk. I say the tv has rollers on it and it was rolled inside. then the big guy wants to charge me for a 1/2 hour more after being over 15 min because he kept slowing around doing other stuff. so since i had to pay more i asked would he put the mirror back on my dressor that he insisted on taking off and one leg to my dressor was not put back on. i dont think i will use this company again. The smaller guy was nice and worked very hard. i asked his name and he said that his name was john also,

The guys showed up on time. Were very prepared and courteous. They worked fast and efficiently. Took extreme care packing my belongings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their packing/moving needs.

My biggest issue is I felt they were more concerned about their next job than they were about me and my belongings. Too much time was spent on the phone. They were on time and were prepared for the job. I suppose, in the end, I felt rather neutral about the whole experience. It was OK, not great, but not horrible either. I might use them again, but they would not be my first choice.

Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Brought 2 handcarts, and everything needed for moving our items. Very carefully moved items that were fragile, including a grandfather clock with glass sides and shelves, glass cabinet, round table, and heavy china cabinet with glass sides and doors. No damage to any of our items. Would definitely recommend them.
