Great experience. Tony and his co-worker were very efficient, completing the work before the time I had budgeted. They were happy to use my packing materials, wrap, blankets and straps/bungees, and they fit more in than I thought we could. The POD pickup worker took a look as I was tossing in a couple final items, and even he said you're better packed than most PODS I pick up. No nonsense, efficient, friendly and well-priced. Highly recommend Rigo's!

The helpers were very good, careful with my furniture and finished in two hours.
The helpers told me that I would not have to pay for the third hour that I had contracted for since they were done, but, the company charged me for the third hour anyway. I would have kept the Movers here moving things around if I’d known I had to pay for the third hour anyway, but they assured me that I would get a refund, and I believe them which was a stupid thing to do
I ask for a refund, but no satisfaction yet.
I had used this company once before and they were perfect.

After a wild weekend relocating our daughter from Arizona, we didn’t know how we could have managed our unloading without Rigo’s Moving and Storage. We were late arriving to our destination but these workers patiently waited and moved items that were going to a 3rd floor apartment. Some items were so heavy and yet, they were able to carry them up the stairs! I know that when we ever need moving services again, we will not hesitate in contacting this company. They are so hard working, yet very friendly. Very highly recommended

The worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers were unable to communicate effectively, seemed to be a language barrier, were here for 4 hours and only moved appliances (fridge, washer/dryer) and bedroom furniture (2 beds, 3 large shelves, and 2 bedside tables). I had asked for my couch and love seat to be moved downstairs to the garage (planned to sell those not take them with), mentioned immediately upon arrival that they wouldn’t fit through the front door, but they took the couch down through the front door anyway and proceeded to intentionally break the sofa—cut the fabric and broke the frame, etc, tore up the hallway too. When I called the manager, they insisted that the movers had asked me twice if the sofa was trash, which was never asked or said. Supposedly I’m to receive a $25 refund for the sofa. They also didn’t provide the 4 wardrobe boxes I paid for, nor did they pack the kitchen which was also requested. Supposedly I will be reimbursed for materials not used but I have yet to see any of it. The WORST moving experience. Do NOT recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
