OMG! Javier and the crew, total of 4, were fantastic! We would hire them again. Rigo’s Moving team arrived on time at our storage units. They emptied the units and the truck was filled. We were nervous because we still had our house. Well, at the house, Rigo’s Moving team did an amazing job. Filled the moving truck to fit 98% of our personal belongings. Which was perfect bcuz we needed to get rid of those that did not make it in the truck.
We originally hired Rigo’s Moving for 6 hours. We had them for 3 additional hours. They’re worth every penny.

Really great. They did run into traffic, but it's LA, it happens. They got here and immediately went to work. They had handcarts, saw what needed to be packed and got everything done fast and efficiently. They packed my Upod well and made sure to secure everything. Very pleased with the experience.

The two men from Rigo’s showed up as promised and worked diligently and efficiently, getting my containers filled securely and braced to minimize shifting. They were cheerful and polite, taking good care of my stuff. They were well worth the cost.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
