Friday at 4 PM I booked online an appointment for two movers for two hours on Saturday morning in DTLA. They were here exactly on time and worked hard for the two hours. I needed them.. I'm one of those people who is used to doing everything by themselves but in the future, I will use Rigo's for the heavy lifting. I am very, very impressed. The company confirmed 4 times the date, time of move. On the day of move I get a call 30 minutes before expected arrival they will be 2 hours late. Then they showed up an additional 30 minutes late. The workers were hard working but didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The company called during the move threatening to stop the movers if I didn’t pay more immediately! I believe this was a bate and switch operation. Would never use this service or recommend them. Their small compensation was I didn’t have to pay for the plastic wrap!!!! No good!!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
