The two guys who showed up were amazing. They only took 2 hours to unload a 26 foot truck and a 12 foot trailer. I hired them for 3 hours - NO REFUND FOR THE UNUSED HOUR! I sure hope the two helpers got paid for 3 hours since the company would not refund the hour I didn’t need. Only 4 stars for charging me 3 hours. The helpers get 5+ stars!

Isaiah the lead person was very professional and polite. He had to stay on top of the two helpers with him but after 5-6 hours of unloading they got the job done.
Hired two guys for 3 hours for a 2400 sq. ft house to pack three 16 ft PODS. They were done in 2.5 hours and got everything in 2 PODS! Highly recommend!
The guys were so great and helpful. They were on time, quick, and able to load way more than we thought that they were going to be able to. They also took care of our belongs like they were their own belongings. I highly recommend them.
They were late arriving to the job by about 30 minutes, but once they were both there they got right work. They apparently had everything they needed for the job, because I don't know how they would have gotten so much stuff onto that POD otherwise. They treated my property like the paying customer l was. I would use Tip Top Mover again and recommend that others also give them a try as well.
