INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. What a top notch job! They were friendly, prepared, efficient, hard-working, fast and also went above and beyond with problem solving in getting outsize pieces out of the apartment. This was a big move -- after 30 years in the same space -- and they managed to fit it in to a U-Haul brilliantly. I would definitely use this service again. They took a lot of the stress out of a daunting task, and did it with grace and humor.

The PROMOVE team who helped me load my moving van were quick, efficient, and lovely to work with. They did an awesome job getting everything to fit neatly and compactly, and after driving cross-country for five days not a single item moved from place or arrived damaged. I would highly recommend this team for any moving needs and would absolutely work with them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
