Simply Awesome!
Freddy arrive 10 minutes early and held a parking space in front of the building so our SUV could be parked right next to the building entrance. They were incredibly strong, super efficient, amazingly helpful, and truly kind. Everything was done swiftly and professionally; this fourth floor walk up move couldn’t have happened without them. Highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

My wife and I cannot say enough great things about PROMOVE! The gentlemen (Alex, Amar) who did the moving were kind, efficient, effective and so hard working! It is a hot and humid day, but that did not stop them from providing top-notch service!

Great help. Very good attitude despite some confusion over the floor of the move. Also worth noting I was moving in a construction zone with no room for the truck on the street, so they were very patient and flexible in the oddities of my particular move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
