Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. We had booked for 2 men for 2 hours and 3 showed up which certainly expedited the process! They handled my items with care, they worked quickly and extremely efficiently. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because at the end they made a rude comment regarding the tip we left. We left more than the standard 20% and even looked up the appropriate amount to be sure. It was an unfortunate and rude remark that left a sour taste in my mouth and I don’t know that I would feel comfortable referring someone to them.

Our crew was super friendly and super efficient. They ended up having train trouble, but called to let us know in advance, which was very much appreciated. They even showed up with an unexpected, but certainly welcome extra helping hand. Our 2 BR apt was loaded and ready to go within 2 hours. The team exceeded our expectations in terms of what they fit in the truck as well as the care they showed with our items.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
