We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Kirkland did a great job! On a very busy moving day of the month he said he would have 2 men available to meet us and help move our daughter into her walk up apartment. The men even came earlier which helped with our schedule and were very nice and never complained even though it was one of the hottest days of the year. He always answered his phone and got back to me if he said he would. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.

PROMOVE was the BEST! They were on time, and showed up perfectly on time and ready to go! They had a very positive attitude and light sense of humor that made the whole process very relaxed. I scheduled them for two hours, and the whole move was done within 45 minutes! Very fast, but without compromising care or safety. They know how to get big things (and a lot of things) to fit perfectly into a small apartment! I cannot recommend this company enough.

The guys that came showed up early, which was great, and got me moved quickly and efficiently. They were very well prepared and worked hard to get me back on the road ASAP. They were great with moving everything that I had and I would definitely use them again.

They said they'd arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 , then called around 7:00 and said 8:45. They arrived at 8:40 and courteously waited with me for my pod, which didn't show up til an hour later. They were careful with my boxes and had the whole job done in half an hour!

Our helper communicated well regarding his time of arrival. While it was hot and humid, he worked at a good pace and we were moved in in 1:15 minutes, which was great! I would definitely request help again from Promove.

Job was completed in less than one hour so the only bad thing is the set minimum. So paid more money than hours worked.

We are moving from Queens, NY to Tucson, AZ. I only wish Kirk and Terrell could be our unpackers when we get there!
