Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Kirk and his colleague were friendly, efficient, careful, and courteous. They only had one dolly, would have to advise them in advance if you need more. I underestimated how long it was going to take to load our stuff on the truck and they stayed the additional time without hesitation. They took good care packing up my truck for our long distance move. They handled all our items with care. I arrived to my destination with no items broken or damaged. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing pair of guys. We had such anxiety all day that the 12’ truck was going to be impossible and no 16’ were available. They took it in stride and said not to worry. They packed it so well I have no fears about the fragile boxes at all. Also I kept throwing more information at them that I should have said at the beginning about the content of various packages and a couple things I’d forgotten. Not a problem at all. So easy. Best money I’ve spent on the this move. Now to just make it to Chicago!

I can't give six stars so I'll have to settle for just five. Kirk and his team were outstanding every step of the way. It was a difficult move with lots of stairs and it ran much longer than expected, but that didn't phase them one bit. Professional, hard-working and respectful of the client and their property.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
