My movers were on time. Only delay was having to disassemble my sofa which I was unaware of so this took longer and thus the total move time was extended more than the 2 hrs. It could be gone a little quicker but overall good.

Rob, Eric, and Courtney did an excellent job helping me with my PODS move. They were on site on time and moved everything in far quicker than I expected. They had no issue carrying my standing desk up to the 4th floor or disassembling and reassembling my couch.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
