Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. They were on time and respectful. However thy were not prepared for the job(no basic tools) and therefore took longer and expected.

Mover's response:

The job took longer than you expected because you didn't want to rent a truck & had us walk 300 meters with your furniture to your new apartment, not because we didn't have the specialized tools for your bed which we told you beforehand. We are efficient as a rule (see reviews above & below) but each trip back & forth takes a few mins just walking, this adds up. Which is why even for 300m you rent a truck.
