Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Hired two gentlemen from PROMOVE. They did an unbelievable job for me. They showed up 10 minutes early and were ready to work. I hired them for 2 hours. They worked every minute. The move was from a 4 story walk-up (50 stairs). Both men were very pleasant to myself and my daughter. If. I ever needed movers again I would hire PROMOVE in a heartbeat. Tremendous guys, thank you!

So glad I hired these guys. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. Nothing was a problem and they insisted that I just take it easy and let them do the work. I was worried it might take more than 2 hours to unload the truck but those fears quickly disappeared as they made short work of getting my things up to my new apartment. I was moving into a 5th floor walk-up, and they didnt complain once! Even when they hauled my sofa all the way up and it didnt fit around the last corner and they had to take it back down, they didnt complain.

They did a great job, were highly professional and got everything moved faster than I expected. They did not have any tools with them (I didn't ask them to bring any either) so I'm unsure how they would handle moving furniture that you can't disassemble yourself, so I would definitely ask their base if they can handle your specific case. Otherwise, great job, very nice helpers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
