Guys were prompt. Got the truck packed efficiently. Stayed extra to help finish protective wrapping and get the job done.

The good - 1) Good job loading and unloading the truck. None of our belongings were damaged. Thank you. 2) Arrived within an hour of scheduled time. Called to inform when they wood arrive. The bad - 3) Bed frame was dragged across the hardwood floor resulting in about 15 ft of scratches/damage to the floor. I informed the lead. Team members need more training. 4) The team was unaware that they were both loading and unloading - no one told them. We had to wait on trip to unload location while they stopped for gas and while they stopped to buy something to eat and drink while traveling. 5) Since team was to load and unload, I expected them to have all needed supplies. They brought furniture dolly, but no rope which I ran to the store to purchase, causing delays. Scheduling service should have reviewed details like this when order was placed.

THEY WERE RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WORKED VERY HARD. AND WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING, CAME PREPARED. DEFINETLY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD ALSO USE THEM AGAIN. JS

They were a hard working and competent team. They were very respectful of the property and goods. I only wish they would confirm time of arrival. I asked for 8 am, but it was not confirmed, and they showed at 10.

Service was just ok. Profile showed that they'd show up with tools, but they did not come with a toolbox, which significantly complicated the moved and caused certain tasks to take longer. Additionally, individuals did not know the best way to load a POD. Would've thought that they'd know given the number of moves they'd completed previously. Sent a text to dispatcher/manager who didn't seem to care much about the situation.
