They were running a bit late, but that's understandable in DC. The guys were friendly and very efficient. Everything was loaded quickly, safely and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service!

The movers showed up with strong marijuana smell on their breath, clothes, and car. One of the movers seemed a little buzzed from the weed at the first upon arrival. They were also over 30 min late arriving. They moved efficiently for the most part but did not want to use the plastic and blankets I provided to protect my items. I had to remind them again that I want my mattress wrapped in my plastic and the mirror wrapped in my moving blanket I provided.
At the end of the move I asked them if they could just help me with a couple items to throw away in the garbage which was right next to where they are parked. One of the movers gave me an attitude and told me they don’t do trash and that they had another move to go to.
The gentleman on the phone (Lasique) who managed the drivers was nice and polite.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE GUYS!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
